Testing Site Information

The test site information on this document was created during a time of test scheduling stability, before the Covid-19 outbreak. The hours displayed may now be inaccurate.

Testing may not be available at all sites, but we anticipate more availability as Governor Herbert’s Utah Leads Together 2.0 is put into practice across the state. Sites with walk-in hours may have gone to a “by appointment only” schedule to control the number of people in their test facility at a given time.
