Effective September 1, 2006 There will be a raise in State Testing Fees from $30 for each test to $35 for each test. Any application to test that is postmarked by August 31, 2006 will be granted the $30 per test fee. All applications postmarked after August 31 will be charged the new fee of$35 for each test.
